Vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN), home details, or business information when requesting a quote
Driver’s license number or date of birth, where required to generate an accurate quote

Non-personal information

This site runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking technology, so we do not build a record of the pages you visit or how long you spend on them. Two things are still handled automatically:

Standard request information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, is processed by our hosting provider in order to serve the site, as it is for any website you visit.
When you submit a quote request, we store a one-way, salted cryptographic hash of your IP address for up to two days. It is used only to limit how many requests can be submitted from one connection, which is what protects the form from automated abuse. It is never used to identify you, is not linked to your quote request, and is deleted automatically after that period.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

Prepare and deliver insurance quotes
Respond to your inquiries and follow up on quote requests
Submit policy applications to GEICO on your behalf
Send relevant insurance information, service updates, or promotional communications (you may opt out at any time)
Improve our website, content, and the quality of our services
Comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized use

We will not use your information for purposes that are incompatible with those listed above without notifying you and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.

Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. Browsing our public pages stores nothing on your device.

The only cookies we set are strictly necessary ones, and they apply solely to the password-protected area our staff use to manage the site. They keep that login session secure. They are never set for visitors browsing the public pages, and they cannot be used to track you across other websites.

Who We Are

About Our Agency

GEICO has been serving Massachusetts for years. Lennie Rae LLC has been the local face of it in the Greater Lowell area since 2020, and plenty of the families who signed up that first year are still with us.

Nobody in this office is learning on the job. Matt brings more than 8 years of relevant insurance experience, and you can hear it in the questions he asks. Anybody can print a policy. Knowing which coverage actually holds up when something goes wrong takes a while to learn.

So we take our time. We ask about the house, the commute, the kids, the car in the driveway, and then we tell you what we'd do. Sometimes that means telling you you're already covered and don't need to buy anything from us today.
